Ingredients needed:

1.    Coriander
2.    Jeera
3.    Fenugreek
4.    Poppy seeds
5.    Pepper
6.    Soumph
7.    Cinnamon
8.    Cardamom
9.    Crystal sugar
10.  Ashwagandha
11.  Gokshura
12.  Jeshta madhu & other Ayurvedic herbs.

Preparation method:

Boil half glass milk with half glass of water, add 1tsp Abhiruchi Masala kashaya &
1 tsp sugar. Boil again and serve hot. Now healthy herb beverage is ready to serve.
      

Mutton Masala Recipe-Abhiruchi Masala

Ingredients needed:

1.     Mutton-1kg
2.     Coconut-1
3.     Onion-5
4.     Garlic-7
5.     Abhiruchi mutton masala-10tsp
6.     Tamarind (a lemon size)

Preparation method:

Firstly grind the coconut & keep its 1st & 2nd milk aside. Wash the mutton, make it as small pieces, paste with butter or ghee. 
Boil these mutton pieces in the cooker with onion pieces, tamarind, 10tsp Abhiruchi mutton Masala along with coconut milk (2nd milk), after this adding the 1st milk & boil it. Take chopped onions & garlic, fried it in ghee or oil & add it to the Masala.
Now Abhiruchi mutton Masala is ready to serve.

Butter Chicken Recipe-Abhiruchi Masala

Abhiruchi-Butter Chicken Masala

Ingredients Needed:


  1. Chicken pieces-700gms
  2. Onion-3(chopped)
  3. Abhiruchi  butter chicken masala-100gm 
  4. Ginger garlic paste-1.5tsp
  5. Thick curds/cream-1small cup
  6. Tomato-3
  7. Butter-3tsp
  8. Coriander leaves(chopped)-12gms

Preparation method:

Take 4tsp ghee & heat it, add chopped onion & fry it untill the colour becomes golden brown.

Add Abhiruchi shetty butter chicken masala & stir it for a while.
Add chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste stir it till tomato is cooked.
Now add chicken pieces, curds/cream (1 small cup) stir it & cook closed on low flame till the chicken pieces are boiled.
Finally add butter & chopped coriander leaves.
Now Abhiruchi shetty Butter chicken is ready to serve.

(Do not add chilly or salt)

Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe-Abhiruchi Masala

Abhiruchi-Chicken Ghee Roast Masala



Ingredients Needed:


1.      Chicken pieces-700gm
2.      Ghee-100gm
3.      Butter-100gm
4.      Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
5.      Lemon-1
6.      Coriander leaves (chopped)-12gm
7.      Abhiruchi ghee roast masala-100gm


Preparation method:

Clean 700gm chicken pieces, add 100gms Abhiruchi ghee roast Masala, squeeze one full lemon juice in it & mix it well, marinate it for 2 hrs. Now take a frying pan, put 50gms ghee & also marinated chicken pieces, cook in low flame.
Put ghee and butter little by little and keep on stirring it until the gravy becomes thick.
Then garnish it with coriander leave & keep away from flame. Now Abhiruchi chicken Ghee roast is ready to serve.
(Do not add chilly, salt or water)

Kundapura Special Chicken Sukka Recipe-Abhiruchi Masala

ABHIRUCHI-KUNDAPURA SPECIAL CHICKEN SUKKA


Ingredients required:-

2.     Cleaned chicken - 1.5kg,

3.     Coconut – 1
4.     Onion - 5
5.     Ghee/oil 100 gm
6.     Garlic – 1
7.     Tamarind (a lemon size)
8.     Curry leaves
9.     Coriander leaves
10.Lemon – 1
11.Abhiruchi chicken sukka powder.
 


Preparation method:-


Boil 100gm of ghee/oil in a clean bowl & add chopped onion & garlic fry it until the colour changes to golden brown. Then add cleaned chicken pieces along with 8-9 tsp Abhiruchi special chicken Sukka powder, curry leaves & tamarind juice, boil it under low flame, meanwhile, fry the chopped coconut in another bowl until the color changes to golden brown.

When the chicken is boiled (should remove traces of water) add fried coconut with coriander leaves, stir & boil for sometime. 
Now Abhiruchi Special Chicken Sukka is ready to serve.
