Veg Pulao / Biryani Recipe-Abhiruchi Masala

ABHIRUCHI-VEG PULAO/BIRYANI MASALA

VEG PULAV

Ingredients needed:

  1. Basmati rice-1kg
  2. Ghee -5 tsp
  3. Onion- 5
  4. Carrot
  5. Cauliflower
  6. Beans
  7. Tomato
  8. Potato
  9. Green peas
  10. Salt
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Abhiruchi Veg Pulao Masala
  13. Green chilly
  14. Dry grapes & cashew nut.


Preparation method:

Take one bowl and add 5 tsp ghee along with chopped onions fry it until the colour turns to golden brown.
Add 5-6 tsp Abhiruchi veg pulao masala ,chopped vegetables,5 green chillies, mix it properly.
Now take cleaned basmati rice,add 2.5 ltr of water,3 tsp salt & keep for boiling.when the rice is completely boiled(should remove traces of water),add dry grapes &cashew nuts, mix well.
Then garnish it with coriander leaves and keep it out from flame..
Now Abhiruchi veg pulao is ready to serve.

Veg Biriyani

Ingredients needed

  1. Basmati rice-1kg
  2. Ghee-5 tsp
  3. Onion-5
  4. Ginger & garlic-20 gm
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Green chilly-6(grind it to make a paste)
  7. Salt-1tsp
  8. Chopped vegetables-1kg

Preparation method:

Take one bowl, add 2 litres of water,1 tsp salt,1 kg basmati rice & boil it.
After the rice is completely boiled(should remove traces of water)
Take chopped vegetables along with salt & half boil it, keep aside
Meanwhile, take a clean big bowl & add 5 tsp ghee along with chopped onions, fry it until the colour turns to golden brown.
Add 5-6  tsp abhiruchi veg biryani masala, grinded paste & mix it properly.
Now add half boiled vegetables, tomatoes & keep it on low flame, stir it. After traces of water is removed, keep it out from flame.
Now, Abhiruchi veg biryani is ready to serve.
